Sunglasses made from wood? When a company decides to do something different, you hope they have a different approach, and Proof’s mantra is look good, do good. Going beyond producing sustainably they donate a portion of their sales to an Indian eye clinic (which we have first hand experience with when needing a foreign object removed), are helping in replanting efforts in Haiti, and they offer a recycling program and discount on their glasses. Companies that are trying to be cool, should be cool, and Proof may just have been aware of that when naming themselves.
