Edgewood - Edgewood Cups

“We have learned to appreciate what a combination of creative minds can produce and the importance of working with people who share a similar passion”

Edgewood is the combination of David Short and George Dubinsky, an equal parts design and production company born on the hikes and conversations of the two co-founders during their time at Rochester Institute of Technology’s Furniture Design Program. Starting with the “Edgewood cup” (porcelain using a slip cast of wood for the exterior) they have designed a number of smaller products in both porcelain and wood as well as larger furniture items as individual designers. We saw their work at Model Citizen earlier this year in NY and were impressed with the clean lines, understated tone and timeless look of their accessories.
